We're finally down to our last few weeks of waiting before the premiere of Ridley Scott's sort of Alien prequel Prometheus, and the first full clip from the flick has finally hit the 'net to make the wait a little easier. Watch as Idris Elba guides the titular ship in for a landing on a harsh alien world.

As more trailers and interviews trickle out, the layers are starting to slowly peel back on Ridley Scott's (Alien, Blade Runner) super-mysterious Alien prequel Prometheus. The latest featurette goes even deeper, and talks about Scott's vision for the origin of life, and how it's not really what we expected.
