NBC premieres it's new serial-killing horror series, Hannibal, bringing the adventures of Hannibal Lecter and his appetite for murder to the small screen. And we'll get the first full-on companion adventure for Doctor Who's Clara this week.
NBC's Hannibal just got interesting. The small screen adaptation has snagged a member of The X-Files, who'll spend some time with the ultimate serial-killer—Dr. Hannibal Lecter.
Bryan Fuller's Mockingbird Lane may have been written off, but his Hannibal adaptation is still going strong. The series is based on the popular novels Red Dragon and The Silence of the Lambs written by Thomas Harris. NBC's released eight photos featuring its familiar cast of characters.
Considering that NBC is adapting their new Hannibal series from a book (and film), one would expect at least some deviations from the canon to fit the story into a longer format. But apparently, they're making an even bigger change.
