Aside from the occasional subplot and idle background chit-chat on TV news, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) doesn’t have a whole lot of crossover with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Well, one of the show’s stars has had about enough of it.
The short version: The team captures one of Gideon Malick’s top henchmen, who then takes over the S.H.I.E.L.D. plane (oops!); Daisy and Lincoln get a mysterious Kree artifact; and Hive-Ward gets even creepier (as if that were possible).
With the introduction of the Inhumans, along with some quality stories that dig into the Marvel-ness of the concept, ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been enjoying a renaissance as of late — and the latest episode was no exception.
Last week’s episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. shook up the dynamic quite a bit, leaving some fans wondering if the show might quickly become the Secret Warriors instead. So, how do the new Inhuman heroes fit into the mix?
