You know how you always thought you'd be the kind of person who'd sneer at marketing campaigns and just wait to watch the movie? Yeah, me too, but that was before Star Wars: The Force Awakens came into all of our lives. The film has me positively captivated with every little piece of information, and last night we got just a little bit more.
During ABC's #TGIT (led by writer/producer Shonda Rhimes) programming Thursday, Disney and Lucasfilm unleashed a 60-second TV spot for the film. Now, of course, much of it is footage we've already seen, but there is a little more. Like so many of the trailers that've come before, it focuses on Rey, and even features a tender moment between her and Han Solo. Check it out:
I don't know about you, but for me the best moment in that trailer is Leia sitting at a command table, ready to be awesome. Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives December 18.
