Creepy announcement trailer for Get Even reveals the game is alive and well

If you’re a huge fan of the Silent Hill video game franchise, then this one will be right up your dark alley. The Farm has released an announcement trailer for its mysterious and creepy video game Get Even.

Get Even has been in the works for a couple of years now, and there haven't been a lot of updates about it. Until, well, now. The Farm has announced that the first-person horror survival video game will hit store shelves in the spring of 2017 and will be published by Bandai Namco.

The game follows Cole Black, a man suffering from a pesky case of amnesia. The only thing he knows is that he’s stuck in a creepy and abandoned asylum with a girl who has a bomb strapped to her. Black has to find a way to save her and discover why he's there, and who's the girl. Have a look:

With Cole Black's memory lost, his job is to find out why a teenage girl has a bomb strapped to her chest. GET EVEN’s twisted tale will have players questioning their perceptions of reality and the true meaning of justice as they unravel the mystery of how Cole ended up in the asylum and the fate of that teenage girl. GET EVEN will deliver an unparalleled sense of immersion through the use of Auro-3D acoustics technology from Auro Technologies.

The game will also let players choose between two campaigns that will present roughly the same story from the point of view of two characters who'll be fighting each other, but there are no details as to who this other character will be.

Get Even will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC sometime in the spring of 2017.
