TV THIS WEEK: A Twilight Zone marathon, Outlander's finale, and more!

The Twilight Zone (Syfy) All Day Monday – 4 a.m. Tuesday
Marathon time! – It just wouldn’t be Fourth of July weekend without the annual Twilight Zone marathon on Syfy, because America is as much about monsters and crazy sci-fi plot twists as it is about fireworks and hot dogs. The marathon’s already kicked off, but if you missed it so far you’ve still got plenty of time to catch up. It’ll continue until 4 a.m. tomorrow, and tonight we get prime episodes like “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.”
Houdini & Doyle (FOX) Monday, 9 p.m. – “The Pall of LaPier”
Season finale! – This interesting little supernatural series had perhaps hoped to capitalize on recent period successes like Penny Dreadful, and the premise was indeed promising. Unfortunately, the show didn’t exactly take off, managing fewer than 3 million live viewers with its premiere and fewer than 2 million with its last episode. It doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing more of it. Check out a preview of the finale below.

Outlander (Starz) Saturday, 9 p.m. – “Dragonfly In Amber”
Season finale! – Outlander has been a reliable hit for Starz ever since it debuted, serving up not just solid ratings but a very fervent fan base more than willing to stay home on Saturday night. Huge swaths of Twitter are regularly devoted to the show and its romantic exploits, so it’s no wonder the network has already ordered two more seasons of the epic. Plus, with Diana Gabaldon’s massive novels to fall back on, Ron Moore’s series is nowhere near out of source material. Check out a preview for the finale below.
