The full, insane cast list for the Twin Peaks revival has been revealed

All 217 of them!

Yes, you read that right: The Twin Peaks revival coming next year to Showtime features more than 200 people in its massive cast, including alumni from the show's first two seasons and the Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me feature film, a boatload of new and famous faces, and even two rock stars.

Returning from the original cast are Kyle MacLachlan (Agent Dale Cooper), Mädchen Amick (Shelly Johnson), Dana Ashbrook (Bobby Briggs), Richard Beymer (Ben Horne), Catherine E. Coulson (The Log Lady), David Duchovny (Agent Denise Bryson), Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne), Miguel Ferrer (Agent Albert Rosenfield), Warren Frost (Will Hayward), Michael Horse (Hawk Hill), David Patrick Kelly (Jerry Horne), Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer/Maddy Ferguson), Peggy Lipton (Norma Jennings), James Marshall (James Hurley), Everett McGill (Ed Hurley), Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran), Wendy Robie (Nadine Hurley), Carel Struycken (The Giant), Russ Tamblyn (Lawrence Jacoby), Ray Wise (Leland Palmer), Grace Zabriskie (Sarah Palmer) and co-writer/co-creator/director David Lynch (Gordon Cole) himself, among others.

New to Twin Peaks will be Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Ashley Judd, Matthew Lillard, Ernie Hudson, Michael Cera, Laura Dern, Jim Belushi, Tim Roth, David Koechner, Monica Bellucci, Tom Sizemore, Richard Chamberlain, Naomi Watts and many more, including Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder and Nine Inch Nails founder/frontman Trent Reznor.

You have to think that a lot of these will appear in small roles or cameos, but it's still pretty incredible that Lynch -- who is directing the entire new run of episodes himself -- and co-creator Mark Frost managed to attract this parade of actors to their weird little Pacific Northwest hamlet.

A graphic of the entire cast is below. We don't know exactly when or how many episodes it will consist of yet, but the "third season" of Twin Peaks is set to air sometime in 2017 on Showtime. There is currently a cone of silence regarding story details, but with this many people in the thing, someone's bound to let something slip, right?
