By the end of watching this awesome live-action/CGI trailer for the new Doom video game, you Doomers will be rioting for a full-length feature in this same stunning style, but you'll have to be satisfied with the upcoming big-buck game reboot from Bethesda instead.  Which isn't much of a sacrifice judging from the previous trailers and screenshot promos showcasing the detailed graphics of iD Software's Tech 6 Engine

Here director Jospeph Kosinski (Tron Legacy, Oblivion) offers up his distinctive take on the Space Marines' conflict with the dreaded demons infiltrating the Union Aerospace Corporation's Martian research center. Kosinski also directed the memorable live-action Destiny trailer for Microsoft which used Led Zeppelin's Immigrant Song.   It's been 12 years since Doom 3 hit the market and high time for a kickass, next-generation reboot featuring killer combat, monster weapons and maniacal hell-dwellers.
