TV THIS WEEK: Lost Girl's finale, Stitchers returns, and more!

This week, though we're still a few weeks away from May sweeps, we're looking at a few major midseason TV events, including the end of Lost Girl and the beginning of the second season of Freeform's Stitchers.

Check out the week in TV below. What's on your watchlist?

Lost Girl (Syfy) Monday, 10 p.m. - "Rise"

Series finale! - The final episode of Lost Girl -- the Canadian fantasy series that's been a mainstay of Syfy programming for years -- actually aired months ago, in Canada, in October. There's a good chance many fans have seen it already, but if you haven't, this week is the chance to say goodbye to a show that's remained one of the most popular imports this particular network has ever taken on. Bo and her crew are facing one final threat, and if you haven't seen the ending yet, you finally get to find out where it goes. Check out a preview below.

Stitchers (Freeform) Tuesday, 10 p.m. - "2.0"

Season premiere! - Freeform is venturing deeper into genre dramas this season with shows like Shadowhunters, but Stitchers was arguably the vanguard for that effort, and now it's back for a second season that will dive even deeper into the sci-fi mysteries it holds. In Season 2, we're promised a deeper looking into how stitching really works, as well as a glimpse into who Kirsten (Emma Ishta) really is. This show has momentum, so let's see where it's going. Check out a preview of the second season below.

Supernatural (CW) Wednesday, 9 p.m. - "Safe House"

There's nothing in particular to cover about Supernatural this week, story-wise, but in terms of the series' life, there's a lot to celebrate. Last week, The CW announced the renewal of virtually all of its series, including this one. That means Supernatural will be back in the fall for a landmark twelfth season, further cementing it as the longest-running CW/WB show ever, outlasting everything from Buffy the Vampire Slayer to Smallville. The show's ratings have never been huge, but they have been steady, and have even climbed a bit in later seasons, something other shows can only dream about. The fanbase for the adventures of the Winchester brothers is strong, and it doesn't seem to be letting go anytime soon. So, at this point, there's really no end in sight for this series.

Second Chance (FOX) Friday, 9 p.m. - "Gelassenheit"

Season finale! - Well, if you're a fan of Second Chance, it might be time to say goodbye. The show was shuffled to Friday a few weeks ago, and now, with its season finale looming, it looks like we won't see a Season 2. After a lot of production shuffling, the series debuted to fewer than 5 million live viewers, and it's been hovering around 2 million over the last few weeks. Even for Friday nights, that's rough. We're likely looking at the last gasp of this show.

The Ten Commandments (ABC) Saturday, 7 p.m.

Easter special! - Every year for as long as I can remember, ABC has aired the epic The Ten Commandments on Easter weekend, and I've always had friends and relatives who've tuned in. Sure, it's not exactly the kind of genre programming we normally cover, but it does feature some dazzling (for its time) effects, and it remains a masterpiece of Technicolor cinema.
