Scream for joy over artist Matt Talbot's 31 days of horror posters

New Hampshire graphic artist and illustrator Matt Talbot has an everlasting love of spooky movies and his quest to produce 31 days of horror flick posters for Halloween Month reflects that twisted passion.   Every day this month, Talbot produced his own eerie online exhibit of weird and wonderful one-sheets for some of his favorite scary films.  The project reached its frightful conclusion today with the addition of Halloween, joined by previous posters for A Nightmare on Elm Street, It Follows, Hellraiser, Psycho, The Lost Boys, The Ring, The Shining, Day of the Dead, The Witch, The Babadook, The Haunting, Dracula, Phantasm, The Exorcist and many more.

Here's the master plan from Talbot's site:

To celebrate my favorite spooky month, I’ll be making posters for some of my favorite horror movies all during October. A couple years ago, I drew a monster a day during October. Not sure that I’ll be able to keep up that pace again, but we’ll see. Any requests?

Browse through this fantastic assortment of classic horror movie poster reinventions, each carrying its own nuanced style and tone, and tell us which ones can be truly be crowned King of Halloween!
