Image of the Day: Cryptic Rogue One IMAX standee

The marketing magicians at Disney/Lucasfilm have tossed in a play from Disneyland's Temple of the Forbidden Eye playbook with this new IMAX theater display for Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Just like the Indiana Jones ride at "The Happiest Place On Earth," this cardboard calling card for December's must-see sci-fi flick contains hidden messages for fans to decipher while they wait for the onscreen spectacle, written in the Star Wars language, Aurebesh. Many of the cryptic phrases have already been decoded by clever fans and include such rebel-rousing Imperial propaganda messages as: Join the Empire, Submit to our will, All power to the Empire, Crush the rebellion in one swift stroke, This station is the ultimate power in the universe and There will be no one to stop us this time.

Check out this awesome Rogue One standee appearing in IMAX theaters around the country, featuring K-2SO, Chirrut Îmwe, Jyn Erso, Captain Cassian Andor, Baze Malbus and Bodhi Rook gathered before Death Star schematics, and tell us if you see any Star Wars alphabet phrases.
