There's still a bit more than a week to wait until we get to see director Joss Whedon's (seemingly) last Marvel opus -- Avengers: Age of Ultron -- here in North America, but if you can't wait that long, and want to get a fairly good look at the superhero movie's mid-credits sequence, we have it here. But I have to warn you that the scene contains SPOILERS!
Since the movie begins its theatrical run in several overseas markets TODAY, someone managed to film the sequence in a movie theater and upload it promptly to his Instagram account. I'm not going to spoil the scene for you -- you can check it out for yourselves below -- but I'll only say that even though it's short, it packs a punch. Check it out:
Whoa! That was short, but sweet. I love that we get to see the return of the Mad Titan (voiced and mo-capped by Josh Brolin) slipping his hand into the Infinity Gauntlet. The short sequence teases Thanos' mad quest to find all of the Infinity Gems, which is what will drive Avengers: Infinity War. The eagerly anticipated two-parter is set to hit movie theaters in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
What did you think of the mid-credits scene? Does it make you excited for Avengers: Infinity War?
