This superb LEGO diorama shows how Boba Fett fled the Sarlacc Pit

Check out this fantastic LEGO diorama by builder Daniel Stoeffler, depicting an ingenious reason why Boba Fett may have escaped the toxic digestive juices of the Sarlacc Pit on Tatooine.

In this amazing, multi-leveled creation, Stoeffler has brewed up a method of escape to rival the best plot devices of most Hollywood screenwriters.  In his version, made for a "Save Boba Fett" LEGO contest at Techlug, the Jawas run a secret distillery at the Pit of Carkoon, carefully collecting the Sarlacc creature's digestive juices and filtering it through an elaborate still to produce their "Jawa Juice" or "Nectar of the Sarlacc" for personal consumption and private sale.   According to the new story, Boba Fett discovered the Jawas' main collecting tube while in the monster's stomach and crawled out, back into the distillery, where the Jawas nursed him back to health.  The result is a believable entry in the Star Wars saga, manifested with incredible clarity and detail.

Take a look at more photos below and raise a jar of Jawa Juice to toast Fett's freedom.
