TV THIS WEEK: Into the Badlands premieres, Phineas and Ferb return, and more!

Well, we're knocking on the door of that marvelous time known as November Sweeps, when shows try their best to impress as many viewers as possible and ensure that they'll stick around, but that's not all that's happening this week. We've also got a new martial arts action show, the return of Phineas and Ferb, a confrontation with Zoom on The Flash, and more.

Check out the week in TV below. What's on your watchlist?

Phineas and Ferb (Disney XD) Monday, 8 p.m. - "The O.W.C.A. Files"

Special! - Sci-fi cartoon phenomenon Phineas and Ferb has, technically, ended its run, but that doesn't mean it's ready to completely fade away just yet. This week, the show returns, sort of, with this special, focusing on agents from the Organization Without a Cool Acronym. It's hard to tell whether this will lead to more spinoff fun, but Phineas and Ferb is clearly not out of steam yet, so who knows? Check out a preview below.

The Flash (CW) Tuesday, 8 p.m. - "Enter Zoom"

The Flash still hasn't stopped delivering the fun when it comes to bringing us crazy comic-book-driven villains. Last year we got everyone from Weather Wizard to Gorilla Grodd, and this year Barry Allen is, so far, consumed with the encroaching villain known as Zoom. Zoom is certainly one of the most terrifying-looking villains the show has seen yet, and this week it seems we might finally see a full-blown confrontation with him. Check out a preview below.

Sleepy Hollow (FOX) Thursday, 9 p.m. - "The Art of War"

Heading into this fall season of TV, one of the big ongoing questions was Sleepy Hollow, a show that was struggling with ratings and hoping to re-invent with more self-contained stories going forward. So, how's the more self-contained Season 3 going? It depends on who you ask. The show still has its fans, and many of those fans are positively rabid, but overall the series is not doing so well. The show opened with fewer than 3.5 million live viewers this season, hitting an all-time low for live viewers, and it only got worse from there. Though the show's crossover with Bones provided a significant boost, two episodes of Season 3 so far have picked up fewer than 3 million live viewers, and another just barely crossed that threshhold. That doesn't mean the show is doomed, because there are plenty of other numbers to consider, but at the moment it's very clear that Sleepy Hollow is still struggling.

Z Nation (Syfy) Friday, 10 p.m. - "We are Nowhere Near the Grand Canyon"

A few days ago, Syfy [Blastr's corporate parent - Ed.] picked up Z Nation for a third season of undead mayhem, and it's not hard to see why. Though ratings have slipped slightly from last season, the show is still hovering around 1 million live viewers late on a Friday night (a time when it's not exactly easy to get people to watch your basic cable show), and according to reports stemming from the renewal, it's getting a massive amount of social media attention. So Z Nation will carry on into Season 3, and we'll be along for the ride.

Into the Badlands (AMC) Sunday, 10 p.m. - "The Fort"

Season premiere! - AMC has already conquered genre TV thanks to hits like The Walking Dead, but this Sunday they'll take a new step in that direction with this series, which takes place in a fuedal landscape free of guns but full of intrigue and opportunities to pull off incredible martial arts moves. As a kung-fu movie fan, I can't wait for this one. Check out a preview below.
