Check out deleted scenes, behind the scenes footage for Disney's Big Hero 6

We’re just a few weeks away from the home release of Disney’s hit CGI superhero flick Big Hero 6, and the Mouse House has released a ton of fascinating and fun special features.

The film was a critical and box-office success, and for good reason — it’s awesome. Seriously, whether you have kids or not, this is a true family film everyone can enjoy for the fist bump joke alone. It's the perfect superhero team origin story, filtered through the Disney lens.

The special features that have been revealed are varied, and show off a few alternate openings (finished here as animated storyboards), as well as an excerpt from “The Origin Story of Big Hero 6: Hiro’s Journey,” hosted by Jamie Chung. There’s also a mini-feature on the creation of one of the film’s most quotable bits, the aforementioned fist bump, which is a fascinating peek behind the scenes for fans.

Check out the clips and scenes below and let us know what you think:

Big Hero 6 will be available to own in Digital HD on Feb. 3, and arrives on DVD and Blu-ray Feb. 24.
