This could be the star of the live-action Ghost in the Shell movie

Guess who's back? Talks of the live-action Ghost in the Shell film have resurfaced, and this time with a leading lady. DreamWorks is producing the adaptation of the popular Japanese manga, which will be directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman). After an exhaustive search, they may have found the right woman for the job.

According to The Wrap, Australian actress Margot Robbie is in talks to headline the film. She's best known for her role as Leonardo DiCaprio's long-suffering wife in Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street. Robbie will also appear in Warner Bros.' upcoming Tarzan opposite Alexander Skarsgard.

Ghost in the Shell  follows the exploits of a member of a covert ops unit of the Japanese National Public Safety Commission that specializes in fighting technology-related crime. DreamWorks is hoping to capitalize on the wave of successful female-driven action films such as The Hunger Games, Divergent and, most recently, Lucy

Ghost in the Shell has previously been adapted for television, animated film and even videogames.

Do you think Robbie's a good fit for the film?
