The Lannisters join the former Doctor in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

What do you get when you mix stars from Doctor Who and Game of ThronesPride and Prejudice and Zombies! The film, which has been in development for years, has become a hot property. Two more actors have joined the cast, making it a real family affair.

Game of Thrones alumni Lena Headey and Charles Dance have signed on for the film. The actors are best known for playing the father-daughter team of Tywin and Cersei Lannister in the hit HBO fantasy show. Unfortunately, their characters didn't have the best relationship. Maybe the presence of zombies will change that?

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's book of the same name. In the story, "Liz Bennett (Lily James) is pressured by her family to marry into a wealthy upper-class home and chafes at the stiff societal ways of 1800s England. Instead, she feels that she should help defend the countryside against the onslaught of a horrifying zombie plague."

Even though Headey and Dance have been confirmed, their roles are being kept under wraps. A little secrecy is fine by us. This cast alone warrants the price of admission. The actors will join Matt Smith, Jack Huston, Sam Riley, Bella Heathcoate, Douglas Booth and Suki Waterhouse.

What do you think of Headey and Dance joining the cast?
