Robert Englund's final Freddy Krueger make-up prosthetics up for auction

If you've been starting to think of a nightmarish Halloween costume to terrorize the neighborhood kids with this year, look no further!  An identical set of makeup accessories worn by Robert Englund is going up on the auction block to support the Midway Drive-In Digital Projector Fund.

This rotting, realistic head prosthetic was created by legendary makeup wizard Robert Kurtzman (Nightmare on Elm Street 5Evil Dead 2, From Dusk Til Dawn) for the Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention and worn by Freddy's famous father, Robert Englund, onstage for one final performance last week.  Signed by both Englund and Kurtzman, this special second set of foam-rubber appliances was made to help fundraising efforts for the Midway Drive-In's digital conversion efforts.   Bids may be placed up until Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. CST at, or call (847) 647-3124.

So place a bid for a worthy cause and prowl the block this Halloween in a killer Freddy Krueger costume, even if you don't live on Elm Street.
