Watch Felicia Day OWN Wil Wheaton as they play sci-fi spy game

Update: Tonight, Felicia Day joins Wil Wheaton on The Wil Wheaton Project. To celebrate, we decided to revisit one of our favorite interactions between the two geek icons.

It's Wesley Crusher vs. Codex. Who wins? C'mon, man! Who do you think?

Among the many web series produced by Felicia Day's startup, Geek & Sundry, Table Top is definitely a favorite. Watching people play a game might not sound fun, but when you've got the right blend of people (read: actors), the experience takes on a weirdly entertaining energy that defies expectation.

And I have to say, I think the latest episode of Table Top might just be my favorite. First of all, you've got Wil Wheaton PLUS Amy Okuda and Felicia Day from The Guild, AND Allison Scagliotti from Warehouse 13. Also? Ashley Clements from The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. So it's a star-studded Internet-personality affair, really.

Add to that the fact that they're playing The Resistance, which pits (surprise) resistance fighters against secret spies of the corporate-controlled government. Yeah, the game feels pretty current, all right.

Spoiler alert -- Felicia Day is a successful actor for a reason, and she wrecks Wil Wheaton's life in the most fantastic way possible. It's well worth the whopping 25 minutes' worth of viewing. So set aside a little time, and enjoy ...
