Paramount has released a brand-new trailer (and poster) for its upcoming found-footage-style time-travel flick Project Almanac.
Dean Israelite’s sci-fi project has been in development for what feels like forever, with a first trailer released way back when in December 2013, when the movie was known as Welcome to Yesterday. The story revolves around a group of teens who build a time machine, and, as always happens, when there's time travel involved, bad stuff ensues.
Have a look at the trailer.
And here’s the film’s official synopsis:
A brilliant high school student and his friends uncover blueprints for a mysterious device with limitless potential, inadvertently putting lives in danger.
Apparently, the buzz on the movie -- which was screened at Comic-Con -- is really positive, so this may be one film to put on your watch list.
Project Almanac is finally set to hit theaters on Jan. 30, 2015.
