See Summer Glau (and the Black Canary?) in Arrow S2 Comic-Con trailer

Warner Bros. has pulled out all the stops for Arrow fans. Today they unveiled a new trailer for season two, and it's amazing. After a quick recap, we're introduced to new characters — friends and foes. One of them is played by genre favorite Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator; The Sarah Connor Chronicles), and she looks up to no good.

It seems as if Oliver Queen has pulled a Bruce Wayne from The Dark Knight Rises and taken a break. After the death of his best friend, he's lost faith in his mission. But it isn't long before he's pulled back into the crime-fighting business. He gets a new lair, new arrows and a new name. Yes, the words "Green Arrow" may finally be uttered!

That's not the biggest surprise. More vigilantes are hitting the streets, including a blond masked woman draped in leather. Does that description sound familiar to you? Could this be the Black Canary that we've all be hoping and praying for? Check out the new trailer and tell us what you think.

Arrow returns to The CW Oct. 9.
