42 inventive, sexy and sometimes odd cosplay pics from Comic-Con Friday

Cosplay is to San Diego Comic-Con what beer-battered sausage and a side of onion rings is to your circulatory system: It’ll clog the arteries, but dang if it ain’t just delicious.

On day two of San Diego Comic-Con, the cosplayers kicked the creativity up a notch, but they also amplified the frustration of the floor staff by about 500 percent. The incessant stop-pose-turn-stop-pose-turn dance bottlenecked every major thoroughfare on the exhibition floor, and it’s only going to get worse on Saturday.
