TV THIS WEEK: Game of Thrones finale, Falling Skies, Teen Wolf & more

Summer is officially here when it comes to TV, and this week sees a couple significant finales with Revolution and Game of Thrones, several returning show premieres, including Falling Skies and Teen Wolf, and two new Syfy series premieres, Sinbad and Primeval: New World.

Also this week, a big storm blows in, threatening the town's citizens, on Defiance, H.G. Wells returns on Warehouse 13, God tells Beth to sell her possessions on Save Me, BBC America offers up a three-night miniseries zombie event with In The Flesh, Eddie Izzard returns on Hannibal, Da Vinci's Demons finishes up its first season, and Continuum premieres its second season.

Here's what we have to look forward to this week on sci-fi, fantasy and paranormal TV.

Monday, June 3

Defiance (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Good Bye Blue Sky”

A Razor Rain storm threatens the town. Meanwhile, Irisa's visions lead her to the Spirit Riders and Sukar, who have fallen under the influence of a mysterious force.

Revolution (NBC) 10 p.m. - “The Dark Tower”

Season-one finale! Sworn enemies Miles and Monroe find common ground. Meanwhile, Rachel and Aaron continue their efforts to try to turn the power back on. According to the producers, two major characters will die. Revolution has been renewed for a second season.

Teen Wolf (MTV) 10 p.m. - “Tattoo”

Season-three premiere! As the series returns, Scott and the gang discover an Alpha pack has moved into town. Meanwhile, Derek searches for the missing Erica and Boyd.

Warehouse 13 (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Instinct”

H.G. Wells alert! Jaime Murray takes a break from Defiance to revisit her popular character, who returns to help Pete and Myka locate an artifact that makes criminals confess to their crimes.

Tuesday, June 4

Exit (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Are You Ready to Play?”

Season-one premiere! Based on the Japanese game show, four teams of two contestants compete to escape a series of booby-trapped rooms for a chance to win $10,000.

Haunted Collector (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “House of Pain; Antique Spirits”

Season-three finale! The team investigates an antique shop in Florida that has a connection with John's museum.

Thursday, June 6

Save Me (NBC) 8 & 8:30 p.m. - “Heavenly Hostess; Whatever the Weather

God tells Beth to sell all her worldly possessions, which gets in the way of a dinner party she's throwing for Tom's boss. Then Beth uses the Ten Commandments as a guide to win back her daughter's respect.

In the Flesh (BBC America) 10 p.m. - “Episode 1”

A three-night miniseries zombie event! After a zombie uprising, the “surviving” zombies are treated and rehabilitated. Former zombie teenager Kieren Walker (Luke Newberry) is returned to his home after his treatment, only to discover that going back home with PDS (Partially Deceased Syndrome) is a challenge on every level, not the least of which are his flashbacks to what he did in his untreated state.

Hannibal (NBC) 10 p.m. - “Rôti

Creepy Eddie Izzard alert! Dr. Gideon (Izzard) escapes and goes after the psychiatrists who have profiled him. Meanwhile, Will and the BAU team try to track him down.

Da Vinci's Demons (Starz) 9 p.m. - “The Lovers”

Season-one finale! The Turk reveals the location of the Book of Leaves to Leonardo. Meanwhile, the Pazzis plot to kill Lorenzo and Giuliano on Easter Sunday.

In the Flesh (BBC America) 10 p.m. - “Episode 2”

Night two of a three-night miniseries zombie event! Kieren takes a dangerous trip with his old hunting partner. Meanwhile, Kieren's former best friend, Rick, who died in Afghanistan, returns to town.

Continuum (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Second Chances”

Season-two premiere! Kiera and Carlos reunite to solve the murder of the mayor. Meanwhile, Alec's message from his future self changes him.

Saturday, June 8

Sinbad (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Pilot Episode”

Series premiere! Newcomer Elliot Knight stars as Sinbad, a flawed hero who embarks on a quest to rid himself of a curse and embrace his destiny. After being forced to leave his hometown, Basra, he joins a band of travelers onboard the ship the Providence. Lost's Naveen Andrews plays Lord Akbari, the ruler of Basra.

Primeval: New World (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “The New World”

Series premiere! This Canadian sequel to the British series Primeval follows Evan Cross and his team of investigators who try to figure out the strange time-space anomalies and why dinosaurs are suddenly chowing down on the local population. Eureka's Niall Matter stars as Evan Cross. Primeval's Andrew Lee Potts guest-stars as Connor Temple.

Night three of a three-night miniseries zombie event! Kieren and Jem face their demons.

On Bio's Celebrity Ghost Stories (9 p.m.), Marisa Ramirez, Jimmie Walker, Lisa Vidal and Kate Vernon recall their encounters with ghosts. And on the channel's The Haunting Of... (10 p.m.), Elisabeth Rohm relates her run-in with a spirit.

Sunday, June 9

Falling Skies (TNT) 9 p.m. - “On Thin Ice; Collateral Damage”

Two-hour season-three premiere! Seven months have passed since the events of the season-two cliffhanger, and a lot has changed. Tom has been elected president, and he and Anne are preparing for the arrival of their new baby. Meanwhile, new alliances have been formed, which have led to changes in the direction of the war.

Game of Thrones (HBO) 9 p.m. - “Mhysa”

Season-three finale! Joffrey challenges Tywin, and Bran tells a ghost story. Meanwhile, Daenerys questions whether she'll be a conqueror or a liberator.
