Ever wonder what George Lucas’ original Star Wars trilogy might’ve looked like as a 1930s-style pulp novel? Well, wonder no more.
Artist Timothy Anderson has converted the original trilogy into epic pulp novel covers, complete with some lovely shots of Princess Leia and some melodramatic new novels. Honestly, it fits a lot more than you’d think it would (or should).
The art is almost reminiscent of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ John Carter of Mars, and darn it, we really wish we could read these books.
