Original content is scarce this week, but Merlin will get his magic on bigtime as Merlin ends forever, while Orphan Black's first season comes to a close.

Also this week, Revolution doesn't care that it's Memorial Day as the team raids the tower, William Shatner's Weird or What? ends its first season, Yoda becomes a LEGO in LEGO® Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles, Beth has two episodes to talk to God on Save Me, Will's team loses faith in him on Hannibal, Leonardo raids the Vatican on Da Vinci's Demons, and lots of stuff happens to lots of people on Game of Thrones.

Revolution (NBC) 10 p.m. - “Children of Men”

The resolution to Rachel's assassination attempt to kill Monroe is revealed. Meanwhile, the most of the rest of the gang get inside the tower, and Miles and Monroe are headed for another big faceoff.

Weird or What? (Syfy) 8 & 9 p.m. - “Ancient Mysteries” and “End of the World”

Season-one finale! First up, it's a look at three ancient artifacts that have the potential to rewrite history. And then the second episode delves into the predictions of a physicist based on Mayan texts and a NASA scientist's discovery involving aliens. William Shatner hosts.

LEGO® Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles (Cartoon Network) 8 p.m.

Special event! Yoda gets LEGO-tized! When the forces of evil try to create a super weapon, Yoda and a Padawan class battle to stop them in this 30-minute mini animated movie.

Save Me (NBC) 8 & 8:30 p.m. - “WWJD; Heal Thee

Beth tries to be a good Samaritan to her elderly neighbor but runs into challenges. Then, in the second episode, Beth tries to nurse an injured squirrel back to health after Carly ends up in the hospital in a coma.

Hannibal (NBC) 10 p.m. - “Buffet Froid

The team investigates two murders that may be connected. Meanwhile, doubts arise when Will contaminates a crime scene, and Hannibal adds to Will's fears.

Da Vinci's Demons (Starz) 9 p.m. - “The Hierophant”

Leonardo creates an underwater suit. Meanwhile, he tries to enter the Vatican through the sewers and has a run-in with the pope and a mysterious prisoner.

Series finale! After five seasons, the end is here! In the finale, Merlin and Morgana square off finally as secrets are revealed and the future of King Arthur and Camelot are threatened.
