TV THIS WEEK: It's finale week for Arrow, Doctor Who and more!


Finale week is here as Arrow, Supernatural, Doctor Who, The Vampire Diaries, Big Bang, Bates Motel, Elementary and Beauty and the Beast finish out their seasons in dramatic fashion.

Also this week, Irisa tries to get revenge on Defiance, romance is in the air on Revolution, Pete and Myke end up trapped in a black-and-white movie on Warehouse 13, Nick takes on zombies on Grimm, Hannibal tries to kill a killer on Hannibal, Mordred is torn between love and loyalty on Merlin, Dracula pops up on Da Vinci's Demons, Sarah's actions cause trouble for the Orphans on Orphan Black, and a wedding takes place on Game of Thrones.

Monday, May 13

Defiance (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “The Serpent's Egg”

Nolan and Amanda are challenged when a prisoner transport out of town doesn't go as planned. Meanwhile, Irisa goes after a man she believes tortured her when she was a child.

Revolution (NBC) 10 p.m. - “The Longest Day”

Romance is in the air for Charlie and Jason, and Miles and Nora. Elsewhere, the militia launches drones and an assassin takes aim at Monroe.

Bates Motel (A&E) 10 p.m. - “Underwater”

Season-one finale! Norma wants to move, but she can't get Norman on board with her decision. Meanwhile, Dylan and Bradley make a connection. A second season of Bates Motel has been ordered by A&E.

Warehouse 13 (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “The Big Snag”

Pete and Myka end up trapped in an old black-and-white 1940s movie dealing with the film noir of it all. Meanwhile, Artie, Claudia and Steve track a phantom car thief.

Tuesday, May 14

Grimm (NBC) 10 p.m. - “The Walking Dead”

Yeah, you've got to love a blatantly transparent attempt to cash in on the zombie craze. Nick and Hank investigate when people begin turning up dead, for the second time. Elsewhere, Juliette finds out what a Wesen really is.

Weird or What? (Syfy) 8 & 9 p.m. - “Freaks of Nature” and “Paranormal Mysteries”

William Shatner hosts this weird twofer. First up, in “Freaks of Nature,” it's a look at things that defy explanation, like mysterious explosions and strange frogs. Then, on “Paranormal Mysteries” it's an investigation of everything from strange lights in the sky to demonic possession.

Wednesday, May 15

Arrow (The CW) 8 p.m. - “Sacrifice”

Season-one finale! Things come to a head with the Dark Archer, who isn't about to stop his evil plans for the Glades just because he's finally unmasked the Hood guy. Meanwhile, Thea gets in the middle of Malcolm's plans, and, on the island, Oliver, Slade and Shado try to stop Fyers from shooting down a plane. A second season of the hit show has been ordered.

Supernatural (The CW) 9 p.m. - “Sacrifice”

Season-eight finale! Sam and Dean risk everything to go up against Crowley, who plans to undo all the good they have done as hunters. Elsewhere, Metatron and Castiel take on Naomi with plans to “shut it all down. Heaven, hell, all of it.” A ninth season of Supernatural has been ordered by The CW.

Haunted Collector (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Haunted Seminary; Ghost Games”

John and his team investigate a haunted seminary and dig deep to find out what might have been unleashed in a family's basement.

Deep South Paranormal (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “Dead on the Bayou”

Season-one finale! The gang find themselves on a case in the middle of the Louisiana bayou.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8 p.m. - “The Bon Voyage Reaction

Season-six finale! Leonard gets a great job offer that he may not be able to refuse, throwing Penny and Sheldon for a loop. A seventh season has been ordered by CBS.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW) 8 p.m. - “Graduation

Season-four finale! The dead return just in time for the gang to graduate, meaning lots of opportunities for returning guest stars, as well as some juicy scenes as the ghosts try to settle old scores. Meanwhile, Elena FINALLY makes a decision between Damon and Stefan. And Stefan learns a terrifying secret about Silas. A fifth season of The Vampire Diaries has been ordered by The CW.

Beauty and the Beast (The CW) 9 p.m. - “Never Turn Back

Season-one finale! Could Vincent be cured? Perhaps, but we're guessing nothing is going to be easy in this finale as secrets about Cat's family are exposed and Gabe goes to extremes. A second season of Beauty and the Beast has been ordered by the CW.

Elementary (CBS) 10 p.m. - “The Woman" and "Heroine

Two-episode season-one finale! Last week Holmes witnessed the shocking return of his true love, Irene Adler, who was believed to be dead. While we're guessing she's probably not a zombie or a ghost, could she be a fake? Meanwhile, Moriarty goes after Sherlock and Joan. A second season has been ordered by CBS.

Hannibal (NBC) 10 p.m. - “Fromage

45-minute episode alert! Hannibal takes on a killer, and Will struggles to deal with bizarre noises in his head. Meanwhile, Hannibal has a chat with his therapist (The X-Files' Gillian Anderson) about his relationship with Will. While the episode is only 45 minutes long due to the expanded finale of The Office, NBC promises “limited” commercial interruptions.

Merlin (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “The Drawing of the Dark”

The return of Mordred's former love into his life tests his loyalty to Arthur.

Doctor Who (BBC America) 8 p.m. - “The Name of the Doctor”

Season-seven finale! Could we actually find out the real name of the Doctor? Oh my! Someone's kidnapping the Doctor's pals and taking them to the one place he can't go. An eighth season has been confirmed by executive producer Steven Moffat.
