See the birth of Pacific Rim's badass fighting robots in new trailer

Wanna see more awesome robot-vs.-monster brawling? Of course you do.

Last month at WonderCon, Guillermo del Toro unveiled a new two-and-a-half-minute trailer for his epic sci-fi flick Pacific Rim. Unfortunately, you had to actually be at WonderCon to see the footage ... until now. Citing popular demand for more footage from the flick online, del Toro released the full trailer today via the Legendary Pictures Facebook page. There's quite a bit of new footage to enjoy, including lots of giant-scale action and a closer look at the birth of the Jaeger program, which crafted the giant two-pilot mechs designed by humanity to take down the Kaiju.

Check out the trailer below. Pacific Rim hits theaters July 12.
