Sexy, bloody new NSFW trailer for Eli Roth's series Hemlock Grove

Netflix’s first foray into the supernatural launches this week, and a new red-band trailer for Hemlock Grove has been released to give us a look at what we can expect. Basically? Sex, blood and werewolves.

Based on Brian McGreevy’s novel of the same name, the series is set in a gothic small town and plays like a weirder, darker version of Twin Peaks. The narrative is framed around a murder mystery, which peels back the layers of a Pennsylvania town that has its fair share of secrets below the surface.

This bloody new trailer definitely feels more like an Eli Roth production, with fangs, guts and naked bodies all around. It looks like a fun mess of good ideas, and the trailer is the best representation yet for the project.

Sadly, the early reviews for this one haven’t been great, but we can all judge for ourselves once the whole series goes live on Friday, April 19.

Until then, check out the trailer below:

Do you plan on checking out this series once it goes live?
