Matt Smith shares his favorite Who moment (it's not what you'd think)

Doctor Who’s Matt Smith has revealed his favorite moment on the long-running BBC sci-fi series. You’d think it’d be fighting Daleks or other timey-wimey threats, or giving long-winded speeches, or saving the universe, right? Surprisingly, it’s not.

So what’s Smith’s very favorite moment on Who?

Well, it’s snogging his newest companion, Clara Oswald, played by Jenna-Louise Coleman, in this past Xmas episode "The Snowmen."

Matt Smith, who plays the 11th Doctor, said:

“My favourite moment? I like our kiss, that was quite fun, even though it was hell to do. We actually did a couple of different versions; there might be some outtakes.”

Outtakes? How ... interesting.

Smith also explains the reason why his chemistry with Jenna-Louise is so very apparent. He puts it to the both of them bonding over cartoons in their trailers while filming Doctor Who in Cardiff:

“We have bonded over cartoons. I constantly watch The Simpsons and an English cartoon called The Racoons and Gummi Bears.
“I was obsessed with ninja films, and the Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles. I used to love that as well.”

So wat do you think? Was Matt Smith’s favorite moment so far on Doctor Who yours as well? If not, then what was?
