John Barrowman may have heard nothing yet as to whether his character, Captain Jack Harkness, will make it into Doctor Who’s 50th-anniversary special, but that didn’t stop him from sharing his personal wish list for the big event.
So what does Barrowman — who is currently starring on The CW’s Arrow — want to see in the big 50th-anniversary shindig besides an appearance by his own character?
Speaking to Cultbox, Barrowman once again alleged that there were no plans for Captain Jack to appear in the special. (At least, that we know of. Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat can be a wily, wily man.)
But he did offer his personal fan wish list of people he wants to see in the special, and they are:
“Davros, Donna, and my Doctor [David Tennant]. I love the whole Doctor Who universe. I’m excited for all the celebrations.”
Of all of them, the most likely to appear is David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, and the others are a really, really long shot, but who knows? At this point everything is up in the air.
So do you guys think that John Barrowman will get his personal fanboy wish, and that all of the above will appear in the Doctor Who 50th-anniversary special? What is your own fan wish for Doctor Who's big celebration special?
