We were already pumped for the return of The Walking Dead this Sunday, but this grisly billboard promoting the show really sent us over the edge.
The above billboard was installed a few days ago at Union Station in Toronto. The photo is courtesy of Andrew Hart, an art director who apparently had a hand (pun intended) in its production. And yes, it works exactly like you think it works. Every day, another finger is hacked off the billboard (this photo is from Tuesday) to signify the countdown to Sunday's new episode. According to Hart, the installation was even going to add a few chained-up walkers sometime this week.
But that's not all. According to Hart, if you happen to be in Toronto and you take a photo of yourself in front of this bad boy, then Tweet it with the hashtag #twdfeb10, you're entered for a chance to win one of those giant severed fingers. Now, wouldn't that look good hanging over the fireplace?
