TV THIS WEEK: Walking Dead returns, Touch S2 premieres and more!

There are a few significant returns this week, with the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead's third season and the season-two premiere of Touch. And we'll also see the return of Jorge Garcia as the Giant on Once Upon a Time.

Also this week, Syfy reigns on Mondays with Continuum, Being Human and Lost Girl, the makeup artists work with candy on Face Off, David Anders pops up as the Hood Guy's latest villain on Arrow, Sam and Dean are faced with Nazi sorcerers on Supernatural, TAPS visits a spooky mansion on Ghost Hunters, Sheldon moves in with Penny on The Big Bang Theory, the gang visits a mysterious island in the search for the vampire cure on The Vampire Diaries, Reese and Finch have to deal with an eccentric billionaire on Person Of Interest, Vincent and Alex's getaway gets interrupted on Beauty & The Beast, Sherlock's former drug dealer comes back into his life on Elementary, Archer and his stepdad go on an adventure on Archer, Gwen is kidnapped on Merlin, and Syfy's latest Saturday night movie has the Hebbie Jeebies.

Monday, Feb. 4

Continuum (Syfy) 8 p.m. - “Matter of Time”

Kiera and Carlos go after a killer when a scientist who is about to make a breakthrough in energy is murdered.

Sally tries to pin down Aidan regarding his reckless actions, and busy Josh tries to lay his hands on some untained blood while going with Nora when she visits her family.

Bo decides not to feed so she can be monogamous. Meanwhile, Dyson asks her to help on a case involving New Age psychology, and Kenzi starts to feel left out when it comes to her friends.

Face Off (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Eye Candy”

It's one sweet challenge when the makeup artists must create a confection-inspired creature with real candy.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Arrow (The CW) 8 p.m. - “Betrayal”

Guest-star alert! David Anders (Once Upon a Time, The Vampire Diaries) plays a wicked criminal named Cyrus Vanch, who sets his sights on taking down the Arrow after getting released from prison. Meanwhile, Oliver questions his mother about the names in his father's notebook.

Supernatural (The CW) 9 p.m. - “Everybody Hates Hitler”

When a rabbi spontaneously combusts, Sam and Dean find themselves in the midst of a case involving a golem and Nazi sorcerers.

Ghost Hunters (Syfy) 9 p.m. - “Permanent Residents”

TAPS probes the reported paranormal activity of the 1890 House in Cortland, N.Y., and digs into the history of the mansion and the mansion's original owner, Chester F. Wickwire.

Things take a turn for the miners when two miners claim to have felt a phantom wind.

On ABC's The Neighbors (8:30 p.m.), Debbie offers advice to Reggie Jackson when he begins dating a nerdy girl in “Space Invaders.” And on the Science Channel's Dark Matters: Extra Twisted (10 p.m.), deeper insight and new information is revealed on science's most unethical stories, including a story about an attempt to reanimate a death-row inmate.

Thursday, Feb. 7

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8 p.m. - “The Spoiler Alert Segmentation”

Leonard moves out after a fight with Sheldon lands him at Penny's. Meanwhile, Raj checks up on Mrs. Wolowitz when Howard goes on a trip.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW) 8 p.m. - “Into the Wild”

Several members of the gang follow Shane to a mysterious island near Nova Scotia in search of the vampire cure. Meanwhile, back in Mystic Falls, Tyler confronts Klaus, and Caroline gets caught in the crossfire.

Touch (Fox) 8 p.m. - “Event Horizon” and “Closer”

Two-hour season-two premiere! Martin and Jake join forces with Lucy in her search for her daughter, Amelia. Elsewhere, Calvin Norburg (Inception's Lukas Haas) and Guillermo Ortiz (Said Taghmaoui) go on the hunt for Martin and Jake.

Merlin (Syfy) 10 p.m. - “The Dark Tower”

Gwen is kidnapped from Camelot and Merlin is certain Morgana is behind the deed. Arthur and his knights go on a perilous journey to save the queen.

On Starz' Spartacus: War of the Damned (9 p.m.), Spartacus considers making a deal with a band of marauders in an effort to provide food for his people in “Men of Honor.” On the Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures (9 p.m.), the team relive investigations involving intense encounters with the paranormal in “Bewitched & Bothered.” And on the channel's The Dead Files (10 p.m.), Amy and Steve head to Bloomington, Ill., to help a woman who is terrified to live in her own home.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Cartoon) 9:30 a.m. - “Sabotage”

Anakin and Ahsoka investigate an explosion at the Jedi Temple, which points to a Jedi traitor.

Syfy's Saturday Night at the Movies! A woman is haunted by dreams involving her friends being murdered, so she invites them to an abandoned house. The supernatural creature who will kill most of them should probably send her a thank-you note for getting them all in one place, don't you think?

Once Upon a Time (ABC) 8 p.m. - “Tiny”

Jorge Garcia alert! Lost's Garcia reprises his role as the Giant, who has been made small and brought to Storybrooke by Cora. While he decides to settle an old score with David, Mr. Gold tries to leave Storybrooke with Emma and Henry hoping to find his son. In the fairy-tale land, Anton the Giant goes off to make friends with some humans.

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (Syfy) 8 p.m.

This prequel to Battlestar Galactica takes place in the tenth year of the First Cylon War and follows young pilot William Adama as he reports for his first assignment aboard the newest Colonial battlestar, the Galactica. Blood & Chrome first aired as a 10-episode online series on Machinima.com.

The Walking Dead (AMC) 9 p.m. - “The Suicide King”

Season-three midseason premiere! The Walkers are the least of the survivor's troubles when this series returns with the second half of the season. It looks like we're headed for one big battle as Rick and his gang try to figure out what to do about the missing Daryl. Meanwhile, the Govenor and Woodbury try to recover from the attack.

Talking Dead follows the episode with Chris Hardwick leading the discussion about “The Suicide King”.
