We just found out how long Who's latest companion will stick around

We might not know who exactly Clara Oswin Oswald is, but we've got an idea how long she'll be sticking around.

The thing about playing the title character or his companion on Doctor Who is that, from the moment you get cast, everybody wants to know when you're leaving. For Jenna-Louise Coleman, who recently took on the role of Clara Oswin Oswald, this is certainly no exception. Considering, especially, that her character, much like Kenny from South Park, has a nasty habit of dying in every episode, the question of how long she'll stick around is a matter of even greater debate.

It seems, however, that Clara is in it for the long haul. According to The Evening Standard, Coleman has confirmed she'll be around into 2014. Apparently Coleman herself confirmed that the "multiple Clara Oswin Oswalds have been confirmed for the 2013 Christmas special and series eight."

So regardless of who or what she might actually be, Clara isn't going anywhere.
