Cumberbatch’s villain rules in stunning Star Trek 2 motion poster

We just love Benedict Cumberbatch’s voice. So when a new Star Trek Into Darkness motion poster is released starring his villain and featuring his voice-over from the trailer, we all knew it was bound to be made of win, right?

As, um, “John Harrison,” the mysterious Big Bad who will cause major problems for the crew of the Enterprise and especially Kirk (Chris Pine) and Spock (Zachary Quinto), Cumberbatch is mysterious indeed (be he Khan, Gary Mitchell or simply really John Harrison).

The Sherlock star wraps his tongue around the foreboding and deliciously evil words of John Harrison and predicts vengeance and basically doom for our beloved heroes and Earth while everything crumbles around him. "So, shall we begin?" Yep, we think we shall.

Have a look and a listen at this thrilling new Star Trek Into Darkness motion poster:

J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek Into Darkness will warp into IMAX theaters on May 15 and in regular theaters on May 17.
