Dwayne Johnson spent Halloween as the hero he was born to play

Halloween brings out the wild side in everyone. People can dress as whoever and whatever just for the fun of it. This year, we saw our fair share of celebrity costumes, but Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's took the cake.

Johnson debuted his holiday ensemble on Twitter. It didn't have lots of fabric but he was definitely in character. The wrestler-turned-actor put his body on display as one of Marvel's most popular, and most angry superheroes—the Hulk.

If you ignore the wig, and inconsistent makeup, Johnson's channeling Lou Ferrigno circa 1978. If that new Hulk TV show ever gets off the ground, Johnson could easily step into the volatile role. He definitely has the build for it. We don't know how we feel about those shorts, though.

Johnson wrote, "Don't make angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

What do you think of Johnson's Halloween costume?
