Here's what we know about Marvel's company-wide comics relaunch

Last fall, we got DC Comics' New 52. This fall, we get Marvel NOW!, a massive new relaunch from Marvel Comics featuring new titles, new creative teams and lots of new potential.

Now, before you start thinking that Marvel just went and copied DC, it's important to note that Marvel NOW! isn't a reboot of the Marvel Universe. It's a shift in the Marvel world in the wake of its last big event, Avengers vs. X-Men, featuring new costumes, new storylines and new character directions while keeping the same Marvel continuity. Marvel's editor-in-chief, Axel Alonso, called it "the next chapter" in the Marvel Universe, and to kick off that next chapter Marvel is offering a number of new jumping-on points for old and new readers alike.

The book that launches Marvel NOW!, Uncanny Avengers #1, hits comic book shops today, and new series will keep launching well into next year. The roster of new and revamped titles might not be complete yet, but we've got 20 brand-new comics headed our way so far, all with superstar creative teams. Below you'll find every Marvel NOW! series we know about, complete with writer and artist information and release dates.

For more details, click on the title of each book for information directly from Marvel.
