The Goon Movie: We've heard for years about the possibility of a film based on Eric Powell's cult comic hit The Goon, but it's never gotten off the ground. Now, frustrated with the Hollywood machine, director David Fincher and his team have turned to Kickstarter to raise money for a feature-length Goon story reel that will (hopefully) drum up more major interest in the flick.
YOU are the Maniac! The Card Game for Horror Fans: Wanna play a card game that lets you live out your very own funny/scary slasher film trilogy with your friends? Of course you do!
The Wardenclyffe Horror: Legendary author Mark Twain + legendary scientist Nikola Tesla + Lovecraftian monsters = One crazy horror comic.
Lust (NSFW): 30 Days of Night creators Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith reunite and team up with acclaimed artist menton3 for this gorgeous hardcover book combining seriously creepy art with an exploration of virtues and vice.
Hide: What if you woke up one day and found your parents were mindlessly trying to kill you? What if it happened to every kid in the world? That's what this creepy (and a little funny) comic is about to show you.
Literary Mushrooms: A Compendium of Gothic Terror: Take a few classic Gothic tales from the early 19th century in need of preservation, pair them with gruesome original art, and you've got Literary Mushrooms, a compendium of classic but little-known horror stories paired with a creepy new look.
Martin Monsterman: Martin's just an ordinary guy, except for one thing. Every day, like clockwork, he turns into a new monster. That's a comic book we'd like to read.
Night Light: We all know about the monster in the closet, but there's always room for a new tale, and this creepy horror film concept is hoping to add to the mythos. Watch the teaser trailer and see if it doesn't freak you out a little.
The Easter Bunny is a MONSTER: That most cuddly of holiday mascots is turned scary in this tale. You know, for the kids.
Lesbian Zombies from Outer Space (NSFW): Well, it was probably only a matter of time before someone had this idea. But come on, how can you not be intrigued by how this would work?
The Ghastlycrud Zombies: It's a children's book, it's a zombie story, it's both! Bedtime will never be the same.
Crafthulhu Card Holders: What's nerdier than amassing an impressive collection of fantasy and horror card games to play with your friends? Owning a set of Lovecraft-themed card holders to keep everything together, of course.
The Moreau Horrors: Take the H. G. Wells classic The Island of Doctor Moreau, add in musical numbers and puppets, and you've got a stage show that we just can't pass up.
