Piano, Zombieland
Hey, you canât argue with the zombie kill of the week. In this zom-com, a sweet little lady sets up a piano on a pulley, and times it perfectly to crush a pursuing zombie.
Defibrillator, Diary of the Dead
One of George Romeroâs latest zombie flicks was a bit of a letdown overall, but it did feature an awesome zombie attack where a lady uses a defibrillator to fry out a zombieâs head, popping its eyeballs.
Chainsaw arm, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness
One of the most famous deadite-slaying weapons, Ashâs trusty chainsaw arm is admittedly overkill (Iâm sure he has to be very careful in the bathroom), but itâs the perfect tool of carnage.
Vacuum cleaner, Dead Meat
A vacuum may just seem like a tool to clean the floor, but when a zombieâs coming your way, the old nozzle could be the perfect tool to suck out their undead eyeballs—giving you the chance to sneak away from the now-blind zombie.
Electric guitar picks, Wild Zero
This super-weird Japanese horror flick is absolutely insane, and featured some extremely nifty electrically charged guitar picks that serve as a perfect, handy weapon to take out the undead. Honorable mention? An epic guitar sword.
Leg gun, Planet Terror
Whatâs better than Rose McGowan as a go-go dancer? Rose McGowan as a go-go dancer with a zombie-killing machine gun mounted as a leg. Itâs kind of like Ashâs chainsaw arm, only a gun (and a leg).
Boat motor, Zombie Holocaust
Essentially taking the lawnmower and helicopter blade concept in a different direction, this horror classic features a running boat motor as the perfect tool to chop up some zombie brains.
Lawnmower, Dead Alive
Itâs so simple, but absolutely genius. In this insane Peter Jackson zombie flick, one man decides to wield a running push mower to take out the undead, using the blades to slice up a huge pile of zombie corpses.
Helicopter blades, Dawn of the Dead/28 Weeks Later
Obviously youâre in pretty good shape if you have access to a fueled helicopter, but before you fly to safety, why not use those massive blades to chop off some zombie heads? Dawn of the Dead did it first, and 28 Weeks Later followed it up a few decades later with a similar scene.
A well, The Walking Dead
Admittedly, itâs not exactly a weapon. But, a well did make for one of the most memorable kills during season two of The Walking Dead, where a waterlogged zombie is split in two while being pulled out the ground spring water source. It was gory, gross and pretty darn awesome.
Blender, Dead Alive
Yes, weâve already mentioned this classic horror flick. But, it just has so many classic moments. In one bizarre scene a blender is used to try and take out a baby zombie. Obviously, this weapon is only truly practical if the zombie is mini-sized.
