The original Space Jam, starring Michael Jordan and a gaggle of Looney Tunes, was a monster hit that got a whole generation of kiddos interested in basketball in the mid-to-late '90s. Now the Michael Jordan of this generation wants in on a sequel.

NBA superstar LeBron James, who plays for the Miami Heat, was recently asked by a fan what he thinks about the movie, which was released in James' formative years.

Turns out he's a fan. Want to know his response, which set the web on fire?

The movie was a pretty solid hit, and it makes sense that a sequel could work—especially with the right athlete attached to anchor it.
