Rumor of the day: Torchwood actor heading to Game of Thrones

There's a interesting rumor making the rounds that a certain Torchwood actor is heading to Game of Thrones for its currently filming third season—switching gears from battling aliens to battling White Walkers. Can you guess who?

Winteriscoming is reporting (according to a source) that Torchwood and The Dark Knight Rises actor Burn Gorman (he played Owen on Torchwood) is now rumored to be in Belfast and was filming scenes alongside some Night's Watch cast members, including James Cosmo (Jeor Mormont, the Old Bear), Mark Stanley (Grenn), John Bradley (Samwell Tarly) and Ben Crompton (Dolorous Edd).

They also report that actor Noah Taylor (The Borgias, Hatfields & McCoys) has also been cast on the hit HBO fantasy series and was also filming the same scenes alongside Gorman.

However, if you had hopes that one of them is playing Mance Rayder, just hold on a minute.

Winteriscoming believes neither of them has been cast in the role of Mance, but that they are instead members of the Night's Watch who are now under attack at the Fist of the First Men by those frozen-zombie-likes White Walkers.

So which Brother of the Night's Watch do you think Burn Gorman and Noah Taylor may be playing?
