Guy spends $2,000,000 building ultimate Dark Knight home theater

Here's one more reason never to go outside again. Back in June, we showed you a Star Wars home theater to pull ears off a Gundark for, now here's a badass Dark Knight Rises cinema that tops it.

The folks at Elite Home Theater Seating out of Canada helped design this awesome Dark Knight Rises temple for an ultra-wealthy client in Greenwich, Conn. The ultimate home movie den is devoted to combining the gothic creature comforts of Wayne Manor with the Art Deco chic of Gotham City. Besides the super-cool stalactites hanging from the ceiling, this radical room has a crackling fireplace, backlit Batsuit, Batcomputer crimelab, Shakespeare bust and full-size Tumbler replica hidden behind the bookcases.

Elite Home Theater CEO Bobby Bala claims the Dark Knight-themed custom home theater was actually a design concept they did free of charge for one of their previous clients, mainly just for fun ...

"Personally, I'm a huge Batman fan, and with a background in CG animation, we were able to finish up the design within a couple weeks."

Full construction of the wild theater will not be completed until November 2012.

Total cost for this Batcave badboy? A cool $2 million. Start saving your nickels.
