War gets very, VERY bloody in new trailer for Spartacus season 3

Next year, Starz's hit gladiator series Spartacus will fight its last battle with a third and final season subtitled War of the Damned. This show's never been exactly subtle about the sword-swinging mayhem it delivers, but from the looks of this bloody badass new trailer, the third season's set to be the most intense.

This season, Spartacus (Liam McIntrye) and company are still in all-out rebellion against Rome, but there's a new threat headed their way. Desperate to bring the gladiator troubles to an end, the senate enlists Marcus Licinius Crassus (Simon Merrells) to bring Spartacus to his knees. But of course it won't be easy.

War of the Damned will conclude Spartacus with a 10-episode run starting in January. Check it out the trailer below, but only if you're ready for buckets of blood (and, by the way, some brief nudity).
