See Shatner try to figure out why we love Trek in new documentary

William Shatner is boldly going where he's never gone before—deep into the minds of some of the most devoted Star Trek fans out there. Want to see what he's come up with so far?

The original Capt. Kirk has signed on to host a new documentary dubbed Get a Life, which will have him traveling the world to meet and chat with Trek fans about what the beloved sci-fi series means to them, and how it's impacted their lives.

The first trailer looks pretty interesting, and if you happen to be going to San Diego Comic-Con, you can check out a preview screening there.

The documentary will premiere on cable network EPIX on July 28.
