New Looper trailer teases time-traveling villain behind it all

What else is Looper hiding? Rian Johnson's upcoming sci-fi flick is proving to be a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. A new international trailer has just hit the web, and it teases a Big Bad called "the Rainmaker."

Looper follows a hit man named Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), who works for clients set in 2072. Yet he lives 30 years earlier in 2042, before time travel has been invented. His mob cohorts use future technology to help dispose of targets by sending them to the past to be assassinated. Joe's job is to stay on site, wait for his "package," kill and move on.

Unfortunately, one of his victims ends up being a future version of himself. And Older Joe, played by Bruce Willis, is not going down without a fight. He's got a score to settle with a shady figure called the Rainmaker who's pulling all the strings.

Will Joe get involved in a time-warp battle? Or will he follow through with his hit-man duties?
