Henry Pym (Ant-Man/Giant Man): He's one of the team's founding members, and he's definitely proved versatile over the years. Plus, there's already talk that he'll get his own movie.
Black Panther: He's got cool powers, a cool costume, and an important place in the history of black superheroes. Plus, he's from Africa, and this team could use a little international flavor (and no, Asgard doesn't count).
Ms. Marvel:She's got the hotness of Black Widow, the fighting power of Thor, the indestructibility of the Hulk and the flight of Iron Man (without engines). What's not to love?
Quicksilver: Super speed, super fast thought and even a limited form of time travel. Maybe someone on the team can finally talk faster than Tony Stark.
Vision: Who doesn't want an android hanging around headquarters, particularly when that android can self-charge with solar power and then use that solar power to shoot powerful infrared beams at your enemies? He's badass and carbon neutral.
Falcon: Sure, he's another diversity choice, but Falcon is also one of the coolest flying Marvel heroes around. Plus, he's a longtime pal of Captain America in comic book continuity, so maybe it's time to bring that friendship to the big screen.
Captain Britain: He adds more international flavor, plus he's got useful additions to the super strength and flight thing, like being able to get a handle on magic. Plus, everyone loves a Brit, right?
Scarlet Witch: She's got a very intriguing set of powers, she adds more girl power to the team and she's been an integral part of some of the biggest Avengers comic stories ever. Talk about fuel for sequels.
Luke Cage: Who doesn't love a guy with indestructible skin? He's been a big part of Marvel's New Avengers comic series lately, and he's got a New York attitude that would fit right in to future Avengers adventures in the Big Apple.
Nova: Just as DC Comics has the Green Lantern Corps, Marvel has the Nova Corps. If the Avengers ever want to go cosmic, Nova's a great way in.
Wasp: She's another founding member in the comics, she's a great companion/foil for Ant-Man, and she's got those pretty wings. Who doesn't love a girl with wings?
Iron Fist is a millionaire martial artist who has mystical punching powers. That's enough to convince us that he belongs in a movie.
