Hulk rages (and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier rises) in new Avengers ad

Marvel has released a brand-new TV spot for its upcoming tentpole summer film The Avengers, titled "We Are at War." We happen to think the best part of the TV spot is that we get to see the Hulk (a CGI-ed Mark Ruffalo unleashing the green monster inside him) get his rage on and do what he does best: smash things!

Of course, the Hulk's not the only one getting all actiony mighty superhero on us, as he's joined by the entire Avengers team, comprising good ol' Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), as well as by their badass leader Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders).

Plus we also get a thrilling look at S.H.I.E.L.D.'s awesome Helicarrier!

Have a look:

The Avengers will assemble in theaters on May 4, 2012, on 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D. What do you think of the TV spot? Are you excited about The Avengers?
