TV THIS WEEK: It's a Walking Dead finale, Diaries returns and more!

The Walking Dead chomps through its season-two finale, The Vampire Diaries flashes Damon back to 1912, and Face Off declares a winner. We also have the Star Wars: The Clone Wars season finale and the premiere of Ugly Americans.

Also this week, the team tracks a man who was innocent in Alcatraz, Sally gets a Reaper lesson on Syfy's Being Human, a banshee predicts a death on Lost Girl, the crew faces off against a cannibalistic entity on The River, Ghost Hunters International digs into Mayan ruins, Cassie's suspicions about her father grow on The Secret Circle, Michael's son is kidnapped on Awake, Dean gets cursed on Supernatural, Arthur decides to marry a princess on Merlin, the roommates meet a ghost from the 1970s on BBC America's Being Human, Syfy celebrates St. Patrick's Day with a Leprechaun's Revenge, and Mary Margaret is arrested for murder on Once Upon a Time.

Postponed from two weeks ago. The team tracks the crime spree of a returning 63 who may have been innocent when he went to Alcatraz. The 4400's Mahershala Ali guest-stars as Clarence Montgomery.

Being Human (Syfy) 9 p.m. - "When I Think About You I Shred Myself"

Sally learns a lesson about being a Reaper, Josh gets a visit from an old friend, and Aidan attempts to save Henry.

Bo's Fae education continues when a banshee's cry interrupts a Fae holiday warning of an impeding death, leading Bo on a mission to resolve a family feud.

The River (ABC) 9 p.m. - "The Experiment"

In the penultimate episode, the crew's search for Emmet takes them to an abandoned research facility, and into the path of a cannibalistic entity.

The ghost hunters head to San Ignacio, Belize, to investigate the Mayan ruins of Cahal Pech, where Susan attempts to contact the spirits.

Face Off (Syfy) 10 p.m. - "The Ultimate Spotlight Challenge"

Season-two finale! The three finalists are tasked with developing three original characters from the horror, sci-fi or fantasy genre who will perform a dance routine at the Alex Theatre in Glendale, Calif.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW) 8 p.m. - "1912"

Returns with new episodes and Cassidy Freeman! Damon recognizes a pattern in a crime spree that is similar to murders in 1912. Sounds like a good excuse for a flashback. Elsewhere, Elena and Matt dig into the possibility that Dr. Fell may be the killer. Smallville's Cassidy Freeman guest-stars.

The Secret Circle (The CW) 9 p.m. - "Lucky"

Returns with new episodes! Cassie is suspicious of Blackwell when she finds him searching for something, and Faye meets a woman who may be Lee's girlfriend. Meanwhile, Diana considers dating a normal guy.

Awake (NBC) 10 p.m. - "Guilty"

Michael's sanity is questioned when his son is kidnapped by an escaped convict he once arrested in one reality, and a teenager vanishes in the other reality.

Is that Castiel we see in the preview? In the episode, some cursed ballet slippers force a ballerina to dance herself to death, which doesn't bode well for Dean when he touches the blasted things.

When Emma arrests Mary Margaret for Kathryn's murder, she turns to Mr. Gold for legal help. Elsewhere, in the fairy-tale world, Prince Charming puts a crimp in Snow White's plot to take out the Evil Queen.

The Walking Dead (AMC) 9 p.m. - "Beside the Dying Fire"

Season-two finale! Wow! Well, Rick's shocking deed, a nervous group of survivors back at the house and a herd of you-know-whats headed their way ... It looks like it's going to be one doozy of a finale.
