Get creeped out by 4 unsettling American Horror Story S2 posters

FX has released four haunting new posters for American Horror Story. The second season, subtitled Asylum, has a bad case of the crazies. If you thought those teaser trailers were creepy, you ain't seen nothing yet!

American Horror Story: Asylum takes place inside an institution for the criminally insane. Judging by these posters, it will be run buy a group of nuns who're probably more twisted than their patients. Jessica Lange, who appeared in AHS season one, will return in a completely new role8212;her character will run the hospital.

Season two centers on sanity and real-life horrors. Although these images seem supernatural, we're sure they'll rope in some grounded terror. The cast of Asylum features a who's who of newcomers, including Franka Potente (The Bourne Identity), Adam Levine (Maroon 5), James Cromwell (The Artist), Joseph Fiennes (FlashForward), Chloe Sevigny (Big Love) and Chris Zylka (The Amazing Spider-Man).

American Horror Story: Asylum
premieres Wednesday, Oct. 17, on FX.
