A new clip from The Amazing Spider-Man has been released—dropping some major intel on how Marc Webb's reboot is tackling the mysterious death of Peter Parker's parents.

The clip shows off a tense conversation between Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifan) and Ratha (Irrfan Khan) as they discuss shady, secret trials for a new serum.

The topic of Richard Parker's death, and how it may have come about, comes up in a spoilery bit of conversation.
