U.K. trailer for Radcliffe's Woman in Black will make you forget Potter

Daniel Radcliffe has moved on from Voldemort to an even creepier nemesis. The Harry Potter star appears in the new horror film The Woman in Black, which features him in a more adult role. A new U.K. trailer for the film has been released, and it shows Radcliffe going through mental hell.

The Woman in Black centers on a young lawyer named Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe), who's sent to a small village to sort out a recently deceased client's affairs. While working at their house, he notices several dark and disturbing things. He begins to have visions of a ghostly woman dressed in all black floating from room to room.

Kipps becomes obsessed with discovering the woman's identity as well as her mysterious plans. As you might suspect, the local residents aren't fans of Kipps or his new mission. Judging from the trailer, the whole town is hiding a huge secret that they want to keep buried.

One of the most interesting things about the U.K. trailer is the focus it puts on Kipps' personal life. It's revealed that he's not only a young lawyer but also a father. Radcliffe has gone from playing a teenage wizard to a doting dad in the course of a year. Oh, how things have changed.
